PRIORITIZE ISSUES AND DEFINE AN ACTIONABLE ECO-DESIGN STRATEGY
Identification of the main focus areas for your eco-design strategy (based on multiple criteria: impact, feasibility, regulations, etc.). Examples: recyclability, product durability, etc.
For each focus area, definition and prioritization of eco-design sub-themes through interactive workshops with key stakeholders (internal and external). Examples: material composition, elimination of recycling disruptors, sustainable manufacturing processes, etc.
Definition of actions associated with each sub-theme with a starting baseline and quantified, measurable objectives over time to ensure monitoring. Example: x% of mono-material products by 2030.
