GÉRALDINE POIVERT
PRESIDENT AND CO-FOUNDER
After 8 years working alongside the retail sector (Deputy Director of the Fédération du Commerce et de la Distribution), Géraldine set up and managed two eco-organizations: ECOFOLIO (for paper collection and recycling) and CITEO (for packaging) as DGA.
Strategies, action plans, coordination of sectoral public policies, infrastructure deployment and financing, stakeholder negotiations and consultations, eco-design programs - these have been his daily life for 20 years. Her credo: talk is good, action is better! Géraldine is France 2030 Ambassador for recycling and new materials.
FRANK GANA
CEO AND CO-FOUNDER
Frank began his career in the world of Venture Capital, at Game Change Europe, a joint venture between Softbank and Accenture. He then moved to the other side of the table, becoming an entrepreneur in the software sector. 12 years ago, convinced that the models created in the Tech world would enable us to meet the challenges of environmental transition more effectively, he joined Ecofolio as Director of Offer and Development, then CITEO as Director of Innovation and Information Systems.
With a passion for transformation, at (RE)SET he advises innovators, investment funds and manufacturers to accelerate their transformation. His ambition: to create maximum impact in minimum time!
SOPHIE LANTERNIER
PARTNER, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sophie is an experienced manager who has worked in and with various consumer goods groups (Procter & Gamble, Groupon, etc.). Prior to joining (RE)SET, she worked with high-growth circular start-ups: packaging deposit, plastic recycling, bio-waste treatment, launch of innovative products.
Today at (RE)SET, Sophie is the guarantor of operationalization, so that missions rhyme with solutions. Her understanding of economic and technical realities ensures the economic viability of the transformations implemented, without forgetting the consumer!
