Growing from 3 to 50 people in four years, (RE)SET supports around a hundred private and public sector clients, both individually and in consortiums. The environmental and economic transition is a global challenge, impacting all your value chains and all your business functions: product design, offer marketing, investment, manufacturing, innovation, procurement policy, supply chain, etc.
Our team is multidisciplinary to address each of these challenges: engineers (materials, chemists, agricultural specialists, biomimicry), strategy consultants, innovation and organization specialists, advocacy experts, financing specialists, public/private partnership experts, and industrial deployment professionals.

GÉRALDINE POIVERT
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CO-FOUNDER
After 8 years alongside major retailers (Deputy Director of the Federation of Commerce and Distribution), Géraldine created and led two eco-organizations: one responsible for the collection and recycling of papers, ECOFOLIO, then CITEO (for packaging) as Deputy Managing Director.
Strategies, action plans, coordination of sectoral public policies, deployment and financing of infrastructure, negotiations and stakeholder consultations, eco-design programs have been her daily routine for 20 years. Her credo: talking is good, acting is better! Géraldine is France 2030 Ambassador for recycling and new materials topics.
FRANK GANA
DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CO-FOUNDER
Frank began his career in the Venture Capital world at Game Change Europe, a joint venture between Softbank and Accenture. He then switched sides by becoming an entrepreneur in the software domain. 12 years ago, convinced that models created in the Tech world enable more efficient solutions to environmental transition challenges, he joined Ecofolio as Director of Offer and Development then CITEO as Director of Innovation and Information Systems.
Passionate about transformations, he advises innovators, investment funds, and industrialists at (RE)SET to accelerate their transformation. His ambition: to create maximum impact in minimum time!
SOPHIE LANTERNIER
PARTNER, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Sophie is an experienced executive who has worked in and with various consumer goods groups (Procter & Gamble, Groupon, ...). Before joining (RE)SET, she supported fast-growing circular startups: packaging deposit systems, plastic recycling, organic waste treatment, launching innovative products.
Today at (RE)SET, Sophie ensures operationalization, ensuring that missions translate into solutions. Her understanding of economic and technical realities ensures the economic viability of implemented transformations, not forgetting the consumer!
