BUSINESS COALITIONS
Because together we go further, all our offerings can also be delivered through business coalitions.
We facilitate collective initiatives to ensure the impact, coherence, and scalability of the proposed actions.
Our consortium approaches in sectors such as fashion, packaging, and furniture have already enabled tangible transformations of value chains.
INDIVIDUAL ACTIONS
By ignoring stakeholder perspectives and ideas and without pooling R&D costs, individual actions generally have limited impact.
COLLECTIVE ACTIONS
At (RE)SET, we support our clients in implementing their environmental transition through multi-stakeholder coalitions. A collaborative game where 1+1=3. Without naivety but with determination, methodology, and results.
The keys to achieving this:
- Mobilize the supply chain and transform it into a value ecosystem
- Work with competitors to accelerate R&D, scaling, consumer engagement, funding...
In a nutshell : de-risk the transition by tackling it as a pack rather than through individual action, which is inevitably more uncertain...
